USPS Priority

• Purchases over $85 enjoy free shipping by USPS Priority.
• Purchases under $85 ship USPS Priority for $9.95.
• Orders received before 2:00 pm ET ship the same day.
• 2-3 day delivery (in the US). USPS Priority is pretty darn fast, however Priority delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 USPS Priority Express

• USPS Priority Express shipping is available at checkout.
• Priority Express shipments are delivered in 1-2 days, depending on location.
• Only Express shipments have firmly guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Tracking number(s) are automatically sent by our logistics system to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

US Territories and US Military addresses

• APO, FPO, DPO Military Bases and Diplomatic Locations and all U.S. Territories are serviced by USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express. Delivery times to these regions cannot be guaranteed.

We carefully package  you order to international shipping standards using appropriate harmonization codes and MSDS information.

However, we have no control of the Customs Department in the destination country and therefore Happy Dog Naturals is not responsible once the package is received by your Customs Department.

We do our best to help track down missing packages and we have a high success rate for international order deliveries with USPS. However, USPS tracking information does not extend to certain countries or regions. Happy Dog Naturals is not responsible for international shipments once the package has left the hands of US Postal Service.

International shipping takes time. Delivery times are typically around 6 days to 2 weeks due to customs processing, however specific dates cannot be estimated or guaranteed.

International Rates and Duties

Rates:
Shipping rates can be easily estimated in your shopping cart. Options are USPS Priority International and USPS Priority International EXPRESS.

Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and border fees and other import charges vary and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be.

US Shipping Terms and Conditions

• Only Express shipments have firmly guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery takes 1-2 days depending on location.
• Goods will be sent to the address you enter when you place your order. Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order.
• If you want your package delivered to a particular location at your delivery address, it is up to you to communicate that to your mail carrier. The Postal Service does not allow us to provide instructions with regard to your property.
• You will automatically receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery timeframe when your order ships.
• Emails communications from carriers will be sent to the email address you provide with your order. Please double check your email address before finalizing your order.
• If you receive a delivery confirmation but the package cannot be located, it is your responsibility to contact the local carrier immediately.
• We are not responsible for items damaged at, stolen or removed from any place of delivery. It is your responsibility to select and notify USPS of a secure shipping location at the provided delivery address.
• The risk of loss and title for your package(s) passes from Happy Dog Naturals to you upon proof of delivery by the carrier. In the event of missing or damaged packages with proof of safe delivery, you must file any claims for reimbursement.
• We cannot guarantee the outcome of insurance claims. Insurance limits are set by carrier.
• USPS Delivery Confirmation is acceptable evidence for proof of delivery by all major credit card processors if shipped to the credit card holder’s billing address.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays including but not limited to: delays caused by weather, lost or stolen packages, incorrect shipping or billing address, declined method of payment, carrier-related delivery problems at the provided delivery address or other delivery problems beyond our control.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions  (includes above)

• Import duties, taxes, and border fees or other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Customs clearance is not our responsibility and we are not responsible for failed shipments. We cannot provide follow-up support or refunds if the package doesn’t make it through.
• The safest was to ensure your order does get through is to ask your customs department ahead of time.

• Happy Dog Naturals is not responsible for the package once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Please note: Because every dog’s situation is different it is important to follow the appropriate treatment plan for the your dog’s particular type of mange for at least for three (3) weeks. (With Demodectic mites, full resolution may not be achieved within 3 weeks. However you will see a reduction of symptoms or even notice a worsening of symptoms due to die off effect, both of which are signs of progress that indicate you are on the right track.)

If, after applying Mite Avenge as directed, you feel that Mite Avenge has not benefited your pet, simply return the unused product and application components to us within your 30-day return period.

Single-bottle and extended care Mite Avenge purchases carry no such guarantee and are non-refundable.

The 30-day return period ends 30 days from the date of delivery as stated by the United States Postal Service.

Refunds

• Use of refund policy is limited to one refund per customer and/or address.
• Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
• Refunds are posted to the original form of payment for the order.

Returns

• All returns postage is at the buyer’s expense.

Other merchandise returns

• Other products are not covered by any type of claim or guarantee but may be returned under the following conditions:
• New, unopened products (other than Mite Avenge) that are still in resalable condition may be returned within your 30-day return period (see below).
• Your return period ends 30 days from the date of delivery as recorded by the United States Postal Service.
• Use of refund policy is limited to one refund per customer and/or address.
• Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
• Refunds are posted to the original form of payment for the order.

We make no other warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, respecting our products. Our liability is limited to the price of the product. We are not responsible or liable for consequential, incidental or other damages. Products purchased from Happy Dog Naturals are not intended for human use.
